OK #fediverse - I need to find a replacement for Google Voice that's

1) Cheap - we're a small company that runs on a tight budget
2) Flexible - we're looking for something that works on iOS and Android phones.
3) Secure - we're a small LGBTQIA+ owned company. We don't want snoopers or AI.
4) Callable/Textable from regular phones. - This is primarily so that team members can give out their 'work' numbers without compromising their real (personal) numbers.

We're spending a bunch right now on Google, and Voice is the LAST thing we need to replace.

Note: We already use #Matrix for team communications that don't require a physical number, #Nextcloud for collaboration and a few other #FOSS type things for everything else.
